Edit a policy’s data connection speed in the AccessMyLAN web portal

  1. Hover over the Data Control tab near the top of the page.

  2. Click Group Plans.

  3. Click the dropdown arrow  the right of the desired policy.

  4. Scroll down to the policy’s details.

  5. Click Edit to the right of Domestic or Roaming Plans.

  6. Scroll down.
    Note: This screen allows you to edit other settings. This tutorial focuses on the Data Speed setting.

  7. Click and hold on the slider under DATA SPEED.
  8. Drag the slider to the desired speed.

  9. Click Next.

  10. Scroll down.

  11. Click Next.

  13. Click and hold on the slider under DATA SPEED.
  14. Drag the slider to the desired speed.

  15. Click on Review your settings.

  16. Review the settings to confirm they are correct and scroll down.

  17. Click Save.

  18. The changes save.
