Create a group data plan in AccessMyLAN

  1. Hover over the Data Control tab at the top of the page.

  2. Click on Group Plans in the menu.

  3. Click on the plus symbol at the top right of the group plan list.

  4. Click on the field under Group Name and enter a name for your Group Data Plan.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. The Device lists displays.
  7. Click on the plus symbol to the right of the devices to add them to your group.

  8. Click Next.

  9. Click Add New.

  10. Click on the field under Policy Name and select the desired default policy.

  11. Click on the drop down under Copy an existing Policy.

  12. Click on the desired policy.

  13. Click Continue.

  14. The Network Security category list displays.
  15. Click on the checkmark  or the X icon  to the left of each category to allow or deny the category.

  16. Click Continue.

  17. The Internet Access categories display.
  18. Click on the checkmark  or the X icon  to the left of each internet category to allow or deny it.

  19. Scroll down the list and change the access and desired.

  20. Click on the field under Device Access to Specific Websites and enter the URL for the desired website.

  21. Click on the checkmark or the X icon to the left of each internet category to allow or deny it.

  22. Click Save.

  23. The Group Data Plan saves.

  24. Scroll down to the policy list.

  25. Click the radio button to the left of the desired data policy.

  26. Scroll down.

  27. Click and hold on the slider under DATA SPEED and slide it to the desired data size.

  28. Click Next.

  29. Click on the radio button to the left of Yes, or No, I want an unlimited plan under ADD LIMITS TO THE PLAN.

  30. Click Continue.

  31. Scroll down.

  32. Click on the radio button to the left of Monthly or Daily under DATA ALLOWANCE RESET TIME.
  33. Click on the fields under GROUP TOTAL and enter the desired data total for the group.

  34. Click on the field under DEVICE CUT OFF and enter the desired data total to cut off a device.

  35. Click Continue.

  36. Scroll down to the Alert section.

  37. Click on the field under DEVICE ALERT and enter the desired data amount to trigger an alert.
    Note: You can also click the checkbox to the left of Don’t set a device alert to disable the option.

  38. Click Next.

  39. Scroll down to the policy list.

  40. Select the desired Restricted Policy and scroll down.

  41. Click and hold on the slider under DATA SPEED and slide it to the desired speed setting.

  42. Click Review your settings.

  43. The Group Data Plan details display.
  44. Scroll down and review the settings.

  45. Click Save.

  46. The new Group Data Plan displays.
