Reset an administrator’s password in AccessMyLAN

  1. Hover over your profile icon  at the top right.

  2. Click Administrators in the menu that populates.

  3. The list of administrators displays.
  4. Click on the ellipsis icon  to the right of the desired administrator.

  5. Click on Reset Password.
    Note: If the Administrator has not completed their registration, you will see “Resend Invitation” instead.

  6. A confirmation message populates.
  7. Click on the Reset Password button.
