This article will guide you on how to log in to your AT&T Office@Hand account online.

Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand online account using your email or phone number

  1. Launch a web browser on your computer or device (Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer).
  2. Enter https://service-officeathand.att.com/login/enter.html in the address bar.
  3. Enter the Email and Phone Number associated with your AT&T Office@Hand account, then click Next.
    • For Administrators – Enter your direct phone or fax number and your numeric password. The default extension of an Administrator is 101. You need to specify your Extension Number if there are two (2) or more administrators in your AT&T Office@Hand account.
    • For Extension Users – Enter your main company number, extension number and your numeric password.
  4. Enter your Password, then click Sign In.

 

Log in using your Google account

Note: If you want to use this option, your administrator must first enable Use email to log in on your extension. See Login – Integrations for more.

  1. Launch a web browser on your computer or device (Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer).
  2. Enter https://service-officeathand.att.com/login/enter.html in the address bar.
  3. Click the  Google button.
  4. Search or enter your Google email or phone number, then click Next.
    • If your Google account is not associated with your browser, you will be asked to enter your Google password.
    • If this is your first time to log in using Google, click the Allow button to let AT&T Office@Hand know who you are and view your email address.

 

Log in to your Account using Single Sign On

Note: If you want to use this option, your Administrator must first enable setup the Single Sign-on feature on your AT&T Office@Hand account. See Setup Single Sign-on for more information.

  1. Launch a web browser on your computer or device (Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer).
  2. Enter https://service-officeathand.att.com/login/enter.html in the address bar.
  3. Click the Single Sign-On button.
  4. Enter your email, then click Submit.
  5. You will then be asked to enter your company’s IdP login. Enter your Company Username and Password and then, click Sign In. Once your Company Login is accepted, you will be directed to your online account.
