How do I log in to my AT&T Office@Hand mobile app?

The AT&T Office@Hand mobile app can be used to change your extension settings, making and receiving calls, and many more. Follow the steps below learn how to log in or change your login details on your AT&T Office@Hand mobile app.

Note: If you are still using a numeric password, you may not be able to log in to your AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App. You must switch to an alphanumeric password to proceed. To reset your password, see Resetting or Changing the User Password of an Extension on your AT&T Office@Hand mobile app.

Log in using your AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App as a User with your Phone Number and Password

  1. Launch the AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App.
  2. Click Sign In.
  3. Enter your Direct Phone Number or Company Number & Extension, and Password, and then tap Sign In.

Log in using your AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App as an Administrator with your Phone Number and Password

  1. Launch the AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App.
  2. Click Sign In.
  3. Enter your Direct Phone Number or Company Number & Extension, and Password, and then tap Log in.

Note: You need to specify your Extension Number if there are two (2) or more Administrators in your AT&T Office@Hand account.

Log in using your AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App Single Sign-On

Note: Select this option only if your company uses Single Sign-on (SSO) to access AT&T Office@Hand. SSO can only be enabled by your company Administrator. If you have questions, contact your company Administrator. If you are an Administrator and want to know more information about SSO, click here for answers to Frequently Asked Questions.

  1. Click Single Sign On.
  2. Enter your Email Address and then, tap Continue.

Update your AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App’s login information after changing your password

It is important to update your AT&T Office@Hand login information in your AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App after changing your password to ensure that your AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App is connected to AT&T Office@Hand’s services. To update your login information, follow the steps below:

  1. Launch the AT&T Office@Hand Mobile App.
  2. Tap on your Profile Picture.
  3. Tap Logout.
  4. Log in to your account with either of the instructions.

Log in as a User with your Phone Number and Password.
Log in as an Administrator with your Phone Number and Password.
