Create a group data plan in AccessMyLAN

  1. Hover over Data Control at the top of the page and then click on Group Plans in the menu.

  2. Click on the plus symbol Image of the plus symbol. at the top right of the group plan list.

  3. Click on the field under “Group Name” and enter a name for your Group Data Plan.

  4. Click on the Continue button.

  5. The Device lists displays.
  6. Click on the plus symbol Image of the plus symbol. to the right of the desired device to add them to your group.

  7. Click on the Next button.

  8. Click on the field under “Policy Name” and select the desired default policy.
  9. Click on the Continue button.

  10. The Network Security category list displays.
  11. Click on the checkmark icon Image of the checkmark icon. or the X icon Image of the X icon. to the left of each category to allow or deny the category.

  12. Click on the Continue button.

  13. The Internet Access categories display.
  14. Click on the checkmark icon Image of the checkmark icon. or the X icon Image of the X icon. to the left of each internet category to allow or deny it.
  15. Scroll down the list and change the access and desired.

  16. Click on the Save button.

  17. The Group Data Plan saves.

  18. Click on the radio button to the left of the desired data policy and scroll down.

  19. Click and hold on the slider under “DATA SPEED” and slide it to the desired data size.

  20. Click on the Next button.

  21. Click on the radio button to the left of either “Yes” or “No, I want an unlimited plan” under “ADD LIMITS TO THE PLAN.”

  22. Click on the Continue button.

  23. Click on the radio button to the left of either “Monthly” or “Daily” under “DATA ALLOWANCE RESET TIME.”

  24. Click on the fields under “GROUP TOTAL” and enter the desired data total for the group.
  25. Click on the field under “DEVICE CUT OFF” and enter the desired data total to cut off a device.
  26. Click on the Continue button.

  27. Scroll down to the “Alert” section.

  28. Click on the field under “DEVICE ALERT” and enter the desired data amount to trigger an alert.
    Note: You can also click on the checkbox to the left of “Don’t set a device alert” to disable the option.
  29. Click on the Next button.

  30. Select the desired Restricted Policy and then scroll down.
    Note: In this case, we leave the default “Standard” policy.

  31. Click and hold on the slider under “DATA SPEED” and slide it to the desired speed setting.
  32. Click on the Review your settings button.

  33. The Group Data Plan details display.
  34. Scroll down and review the settings.

  35. Click on the Save button.

  36. The new Group Data Plan displays.
