Create a Read-Only Administrator account in AccessMyLAN

Read-only Administrators can view reports and download CSV data and have read-only access to all other modules in the system.

  1. Hover over your profile icon at the top right.

  2. Click on Administrators

  3. Click on the plus symbol  at the top right of the administrator list.

  4. Click in the field under Administrator Email and enter your new administrator’s email address.

  5. Scroll down to the ADMINISTRATOR ROLE section.

  6. Click on the radio button to the left of Read-Only Administrator

  7. Scroll down.

  8. Click on the checkbox to the left of the desired reports under REPORTS PERMISSION (OPTIONAL).
  9. Click on the checkbox to the left of Allow Read-only Administrator to send messages to allow your new administrator to send messages.

  10. Click Confirm.

  11. The administrator receives a message with instructions on how to complete their registration.
