Configuring Analytics Portal Permissions in AT&T Office@Hand
Article #71189

This article provides information on the Analytics Portal permissions for AT&T Office@Hand.

Enabling users to see Analytics Portal reports is dependent on roles and permissions set within the Admin Portal. You can accept the preset conditions for which reports are viewable based on each role, or create custom roles that let you choose your own configurations.

For more information, visit User Roles and Permissions Overview | AT&T Office@Hand.

Preset roles

The AT&T Office@Hand Admin Portal provides preset permissions that allow access to either all or a selection of analytics reports. You can assign these presets to your users when their roles are set up.

Super Admin

The Super Admin role allows users to see these reports:

  • Adoption and Usage Reports
  • Company Numbers Reports
  • Live Reports – Full Access
  • Live Reports – View Only
  • Performance Reports
  • Quality of Service Reports – Alerts
  • Quality of Service Reports – Full Access

Phone System Admin

If you have a Phone System Admin role, you can see these reports:

  • Company Numbers Reports
  • Performance Reports

Billing Admin

You can see these reports if you are assigned a Billing Admin role:

  • Company Numbers Reports
  • Performance Reports

Custom Roles

When your needs differ from what is offered in any of the preset roles, you can set up custom roles to enable your users to access the reports they need, while still ensuring appropriate permissions for the rest of their accounts. For example, you might want a user to have standard access to their user portal, but be able to see Performance Reports and Adoption and Usage Reports. The account admin could set up a role and select options to enable access to those two reports and provide no other advanced setting to the role’s users.

See Create a Custom User Role on the AT&T Office@Hand Account for more information.
