- How many minutes are included with my account?
AT&T Office@Hand comes with unlimited minutes for your phone lines, main number and fax number. Unlimited minutes apply to calls made anywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Canada are subject to AT&T Office@Hand Terms of Service.
- Can I make international calls?
Yes. By default, the function is disabled but users can log into their account and enable it. To learn how to do this, click here.
- Can I use the Mobile app with my service plan?
Yes. All AT&T Office@Hand customers can use the Mobile application at no additional cost. The app provides access to your entire AT&T Office@Hand business phone system, including voicemails and faxes. It also allows you to use your AT&T Office@Hand numbers your caller ID when you make business calls from your iPhone, dials by extension, and provides access to your entire company directory and much more. You can download the application for free from iTunes and Android Google Play.
- Can I use a cordless analog phone?
Yes. If you want to use a cordless analog telephone, all you need is the Linksys SPA-2101 ATA. Connect the ATA to your router and connect your cordless phone to the ATA. This will allow the ATA to convert the digital AT&T Office@Hand phone line to analog so it works with your telephones.

- Can I use my current phone numbers with AT&T Office@Hand?
Yes. You can transfer or port your existing toll-free or local phone numbers to AT&T Office@Hand. Complete your purchase of AT&T Office@Hand, selecting temporary phone numbers. After purchase, log into your account, go to My Settings and click on transfer an existing number. To learn how to do this on your online account, click here. - Do I own my number? Can I keep my toll-free or local number if I choose to cancel?
The number you receive upon signup is your own toll free or local number. If you have paid for at least one month of service and your account is active and in good standing, you may keep your numbers. There is no charge for transferring out numbers. Your account must remain active and in good standing during the number porting process. To learn more, click here.
