This article provides information on how to view voicemail setting changes in the audit trail in the AT&T Office@Hand Online Account.

Admins can use the Audit Trail feature to track changes in users’ voicemail settings and voicemail activity, such as forwarding voicemails to others and attaching voicemails to emails.

  1. Go to the Admin Portal and sign in.
  2. In the top menu, click More, then click Audit Trail from the left panel.
  3. The Change details column lists voicemail-related activities.
