Viewing a device’s undelivered SMS messages using the AT&T Control Center Web Portal

  1. Click Devices.

    Click Devices.

  2. The page defaults to the “Device List”.
  3. In the box to the left of “Search”, enter the ICCID, customer name, Device Name, End Consumer ID, Customer, IMSI, Division, Company or Asset Type, then click Search.

  4. The device information populates.
  5. Click the blue link below “SIM #” or “Month to Date Usage (MB)”.

  6. Click SMS

    Click SMS

  7. Click Undelivered Messages

    Click Undelivered Messages. 

  8. A listing of undelivered messages populates.
