Viewing a device’s connection history using the AT&T Control Center Web Portal

  1. Click Devices

  2. The page defaults to the “Device List”.
  3. In the box to the left of “Search”, enter the ICCID, customer name, Device Name, End Consumer ID, Customer, IMSI, Division, Company or Asset Type, then click Search

  4. The device information populates.
  5. Click the blue link below “SIM #” or “Month to Date Usage (MB)”.

  6. Click Connection History

  7. The connection history displays for the current billing cycle.
    Note: To view the connection history for other billing cycles, click the dropdown arrow to the right of “Billing Cycle:” and select the appropriate month.
