View the Alert History report by user with Actsoft Comet Tracker from AT&T

1. Hover over the “History” tab and click Alert History.

   

2. In the field below “Alert Types”, click the dropdown arrow and select the desired alert type(s).
   Note: To select multiple alert types, repeat step 2.
3. Click the radio button to the left of “User(s)”.
4. In the field below “User(s)”, click the dropdown arrow and select the desired user(s).
   Note: To select multiple users, repeat step 4.
5. In the left field below “From”, click the calendar icon and select the desired date.
6. In the right field below “From”, click the dropdown arrow and select the desired time.
7. In the left field below “To”, click the calendar icon and select the desired date on the calendar.
8. In the right field below “To”, click the dropdown arrow and select the desired time.
9. Click Display History.

   

10. The Alert History displays.
