View the Alert History report by group with Actsoft Comet Tracker from AT&T

1. Hover over “History” and click Alerts History.

   

2. In the field below “Alert Types”, click the dropdown and select the desired alert type(s).
   Note: To select multiple alert types, click on the desired alert types in the dropdown.
3. Click the radio button to the left of “Group(s)”.
4. In field below “Group(s)”, click the dropdown and select the desired group(s).
   Note: To select multiple groups, click on the desired groups in the dropdown.
5. In the left field below “From”, click the calendar icon and select the desired date.
6. In the right field below “From”, click the dropdown arrow and select the desired time.
7. In the left field below “To”, click the calendar icon and select the desired date on the calendar.
8. In the right field below “To”, click the dropdown arrow and select the desired time.
9. Click Display History.

   

10. The Alert History displays.
