View your Intercom feature settings with AT&T Collaborate

With AT&T Collaborate SM, you can view information about the Intercom feature to which you’re assigned. As an originator, your calls to other members of the intercom group are automatically answered by IP phones in speakerphone mode.

View your intercom groups

1. On the Collaborate homepage page, on the left menu, click Features. The Features page appears.
2. At the bottom of the page, click View advanced features.
3. In the Intercom section:
   – To turn the feature on, under Status, click Off.
   – To view your settings, click Edit. Information about your Intercom feature settings appears.
