View account and authorization codes with AT&T Collaborate

Account and authorization codes are dialing prefixes that users enter before making a call. Account codes associate particular calls with particular accounts or projects, and they’re useful for tracking billing and staff workloads. Use authorization codes to control what types of calls users can make. Data from code usage is included in call reporting analytics.

As an administrator for the AT&T Collaborate SM service, you can view codes that are available for the user’s site.

These codes are available as part of the Enhanced Voice Features bundle. For more information about account and authorization codes, including how to assign users particular codes and how to make assigned codes required or optional, see Manage account and authorization codes.

View a user’s account and authorization codes

  1. On the Collaborate homepage, in the left menu, expand Users, and then click Manage users. The Manage users page appears, showing a list of all users.
  2. Search for and select the user you want to manage. The manage page for that user appears.
  3. On the top menu, click Links, and then click Download account authorization codes. You’re prompted to choose a program to download the codes to (such as Microsoft Excel). The codes are downloaded to the program you selected.
