Verify your voicemail assignment in AT&T Collaborate Enhanced Mobile

As a user with the AT&T Collaborate℠-Enhanced Mobile service, you can use Mobility voicemail or Collaborate voicemail as your voicemail type.

Mobility voicemail is the voicemail type that is native to a mobile device. Collaborate voicemail is the voicemail type that you access through the Collaborate desktop or mobile apps.

When you upgrade to AT&T Enhanced Mobile, your voicemail assignment is set by default to Mobility voicemail. However, your Enhanced Mobile group administrator can change your voicemail assignment for you individually or may change the voicemail assignment for your whole group. You can easily check to verify your voicemail assignment.

Verify your voicemail type assignment

  1. On the Collaborate homepage, on the left menu, click Features. The Features page appears.
  2. In the Voicemail section, note the value for Voicemail type.
