Using the Unshare automated action for a file in Box from AT&T

1.     Navigate to the file you wish to unshare.

2.     Hover over the desired file and click the Share button to the right.

3.     Click the gear icon  to the right of “Shared Link”.

4.     Click the checkbox to the left of “Disable Shared Link on”.

5.     Click in the field under “Disable Shared Link on”.

6.     Use the calendar to select the desired date.

7.     Click the Save Changes button.
