Using Emojis in your Messages in the AT&T Office@Hand App Desktop and Web

This article provides information on how to use emojis to comment in the AT&T Office@Hand Desktop and Web.

 

You can add reactions to your conversation messages using emojis in the AT&T Office@Hand Desktop and Web.

 

Using emojis in the desktop and web app

  1. Click Message in the navigation bar.
  2. Hover over any message in a conversation.
  3. You can choose from your frequently used emojis, or for a larger selection, click the More emojis icon to open the emoji picker:
  • Scroll, use the icon headers, or enter keywords to find the emoji you’d like to use to react to the message, then select the emoji.

Your emoji reaction will appear in an oval below the message. You can also:

  • Repeat to add more emojis to the same message. Click the Keep open toggle to leave the emoji picker open to select multiple reactions.
  • Click the emoji oval to remove your reaction.
  • To use the same emoji someone else has used, click the emoji below the post.
  • To view a list of others who reacted with an emoji, hover over the reaction.

To change the default skin tone of your emojis:

  1. Hover over any message in a conversation.
  2. Click the More emojis icon.
  3. Click the Skin tone icon at the bottom right, then select the tone for your emojis.
