Using a wildcard to search for messages in the AT&T Message Archiving portal

1. Click in the field below “MORE OPTIONS”.

   

2. Enter a portion of the number you wish to search, then an asterisk (wildcard) in front of or behind the number based upon the location of the grouping you have entered.
   Note: As an example, to search for a number that ends in 1234 the search criteria would be “*1234”. 

   

3. The messages display.
