Switching Between Accounts in the AT&T Office@Hand Desktop and Web | #96850

 

If you use more than one account in the AT&T Office@Hand App, you can switch between them easily from your profile menu without logging out and logging back in each time.

 

How to add your AT&T Office@Hand accounts for switching

To make an account available for switching, you’ll need to add the account and then log in. Once the account is added, you can switch back and forth between accounts.

  1. Click your profile picture at the top left.
  2. Add the account to switch to.
    • If you’re adding accounts for the first time, select Add account.

      Click on add account.

    • If you’ve already added an account, hover over Switch accounts and select Add account.

      Click on Switch accounts and then on Add account.

  3. Enter your credentials and sign in to the account.

 

How to switch between your AT&T Office@Hand accounts

To switch between accounts:

  1. Click your profile picture at the top left.
  2. Hover over Switch accounts and select the account you want to switch to. You’ll immediately be signed in to the account and signed out of the previous account.

How to manage your AT&T Office@Hand accounts for switching

To manage which accounts are available for switching:

  1. Click your profile picture at the top left.
  2. Hover over Switch accounts and select Manage accounts.
  3. Current account shows the account you’re currently signed in to. Other accounts shows your other accounts available for switching. To remove an account, click the More icon and click Remove account. Click Remove again in the popup to confirm.
