Share a folder by inviting collaborators using Box from AT&T

1.     Hover over the folder and click the Share button to the right.

2.     Click Invite Collaborators in the drop-down menu.

3.     Click in the field under “Invite” and enter the name or email of the desired.

4.     Click the box under “Invitee Permissions” and select the desired permissions level from the drop-down menu.

Note: The following access types are available:

·         Co-owner: Users will have the same permissions as the owner of the folder.

·         Editor: Users can upload, download, preview, edit, delete, and share files within the folder.

·         Viewer Uploader: Users can upload, download, and preview files within the folder.

·         Previewer Uploader: Users can upload and preview files within the folder.

·         Viewer: Users can download and preview files within the folder.

·         Previewer: Users can only preview files within the folder.

·         Uploader: Users can only upload files into this folder.

5.     Click in the field under “Personal Message (Optional)” to personalize a message to the collaborator(s).

6.     Click the Send Invites button.
