Share a File to the AT&T Office@Hand Wireless Integrated

This article provides the steps for sharing a file from your mobile device to the AT&T Office@Hand Wireless Integrated.
You can share files from outside the AT&T Office@Hand mobile or inside the app via AT&T Office@Hand Message, text message (SMS), or fax on your iOS or Android devices. These messaging options are dependent on your assigned user permissions.
- Tap Files on your phone, then select the file(s) to share.
- Tap Share.
- Tap AT&T Office@Hand from the apps list.
- On the preview screen, tap the drop-down next to Send via, you can select any of the following options: AT&T Office@Hand Message, Text message (SMS), or Fax.

Share files via text message (SMS)

Share files via AT&T Office@Hand Message
- Select AT&T Office@Hand Message.
- Tap Next.
- Select a contact or team from the list.
- Tap Share.
- Compose your message, then tap Send.
Share files via text message (SMS)
- Select Text message (SMS).
- Tap Next.
- Select a contact from the list or enter the recipient’s number.
- Compose your message, then tap Send.
Share files via fax
- Select Fax.
- Tap Next.
- Select the contact(s) from the list or enter the number(s) of the recipient(s).
- Select a cover page (optional).
- Check the file(s) to attach. Tap Add attachment to add more file(s). You can also delete or rearrange the files to send.
- To delete file attachments:
On iOS:
– Tap Edit, then tap the red Delete button on the left of the file.
– Tap Delete.
On Android:
– Tap the Trash icon, then tap the red Delete button on the right of the file.
– Tap REMOVE on the confirmation dialog.
– Tap Done.
- To rearrange the files:
On iOS:
– Tap Edit.
– Tap and hold the Hamburger (3 lines) icon on the right of the file.
– Drag the file to the desired position.
– Tap Done.
On Android:
– Tap and hold the Hamburger (3 lines) icon on the right of the file.
– Drag the file to the desired position.
– Tap Done.
- Tap Send (on iOS) or the Paper plane icon (on Android) on the upper right corner.
Limitations
- The file you will send will be grayed out if it is not supported by your selected messaging option. A description will be shown under the previews. Users will still have the option to continue sending the rest of the files.
- AT&T Office@Hand Message and Text messages (SMS) can post a maximum of 10 files. Fax can send a maximum of 20 files. An alert will be shown if the number of selected files exceeds the limit.
