You can set up your headset, microphone, or speakers to use during calls in the AT&T Office@Hand Desktop and Web. To do so, you’ll also need to configure your AT&T Office@Hand Video meeting microphone and speaker settings.

  1. Go to Settings > Audio in the left navigation bar of the AT&T Office@Hand Desktop or Web.
  2. Go to Input > Microphone to set your Microphone by clicking the dropdown and selecting a device.
  3. Go to Output > Speaker to set your Speaker by clicking the dropdown and selecting a device.

NOTE: If the audio sources for your microphone and speakers are different, you may experience a loss in sound quality.

Turning off automatic adjustment of mic level
The Automatically adjust my mic level feature, turned on by default, changes your microphone level to match those of other call participants. However, having this turned on may cause your microphone to mute automatically. If this happens:

  1. Go to Settings > Audio in the left navigation bar of the AT&T Office@Hand Desktop or Web.
  2. Go to Input > Automatically adjust my mic level, then click the toggle to turn this setting off.
