This article provides information on how to receive call queue calls in the AT&T Office@Hand Desktop and Web.

If you’re a member of a call queue pickup group, you’ll need to turn on Accept queue calls in the AT&T Office@Hand Desktop and Web to receive calls from a call queue.

  1. Click your profile picture in the top bar.
  2. Set your status to Available.
  3. Turn on Accept queue calls.
