Setting the Auto-Purchase amount for Calling Credits in the Admin Portal

This article provides information on how to enable the auto-purchase option via the web. The Auto-Purchase feature ensures your AT&T Office@Hand account never runs out of calling credits. The selected package will be automatically purchased when you are running low on calling credits, which prevents any potential interruption of service.

As an admin, billing admin, or user with billing admin access, you can set your account’s auto-purchase amount in the Admin Portal. Purchased Calling Credits are used when placing International calls.
Auto-Purchase ensures you will never run out of calling credits.

The selected package will be purchased automatically when you’re running low on calling credits, preventing any potential service interruption. Purchased funds will roll over month-to-month for up to 12 months.

Note: Plan minutes are approximate values based on your available Calling Credits, and are calculated based on your account’s domestic rate of 4¢. If you make international calls, the included plan minutes will depend on the applicable international rate.

Changing your auto-purchase calling credits

  1. Go to the Admin Portal and sign in.
  2. Click the Billing tab.
  3. In the left panel, click Overview.
  4. Under Auto-Purchase, click Change.
    Note: By default, your account is automatically set to purchase $20.00 when it runs out of Calling Credits.

  5. Select the package you prefer.
  6. Select the Cost Center Code if you have Cost Center Management turned on.
  7. Click Save.
