Setting Message Notification Preferences in the AT&T Office@Hand Mobile

This article provides information on how to configure the message notification settings in AT&T Office@Hand Mobile.

You can set message notifications for any conversation with a user or team in the AT&T Office@Hand app. The settings you customize in the desktop and web app will also apply to the mobile app, and vice versa.

  1. In the bottom menu bar, tap Message.
    • Android users: Long-press a conversation, then tap Mute conversation.
    • iOS users: Swipe left on a conversation, then tap More > Mute conversation.
  2. Tap a conversation.
  3. Tap the user or team name at the top.
  4. Tap the gear icon at the top right to change your message preferences.
    • Favorite: Move the conversation to the Favorites tab.
    • Mute conversation: Tap the toggle to mute or unmute mobile and email notifications.
    • Mobile notifications: If Mute conversation is turned off, tap to receive mobile notifications for Every message or to turn mobile notifications off.
    • Email notifications: If Mute conversation is turned off, tap to receive email notifications Every 15 minutes or Every hour or to turn email notifications off.
