Set the file extension setting in the box from AT&T for iPhone application

  1. From the home screen, tap the Box icon.

  2. Tap on the gear icon Image of the gear icon. at the top left.

  3. Tap on Files & Folders in the menu.

  4. Tap on the toggle to the right of “Show file extension”.

  5. The extensions setting saves.
  6. Tap Settings to exit the menu.

  7. With the setting disabled, the file extensions no longer display.
