This article describes how to find your Phone’s serial number. The Serial Number/Mac Address can be found on the lower back portion of the phone.

The Serial Number or MAC address sticker is located on the lower back portion of the phone.
Below are samples of Serial Numbers / Mac Addresses on devices:

Cisco	Poly	Yealink
Cisco Phones have different Serial Number and Mac Address. You will need to take note of the Serial Number for Cisco Phones.	Poly phones have the same Serial Number and MAC Address.	Yealink Phones have different Serial Number and Mac Address. You will need to take note of the Mac Address for Yealink Phones.
