AT&T Business Messaging

Send a message with an expiration date to a contact in AT&T Business Notification Center

  1. Access the AT&T Business Notification Center.
    Note:  The web portal defaults to the “Conversations” screen.
  2. Click New Message at the top right of the page.

  3. Click inside the “Subject” field and complete the subject line.
  4. Click in the field to the right of “To:”, begin entering the name of the group or contact to which you would like to send the message.
  5. Click the contact or group name when it appears.

  6. Click to check the box to the left of “Message Expiration”.

  7. Move the dial right to increase time and/or left to decrease time.

  8. Complete your message by filling out the message in the “Type here” field at the bottom of the page.
  9. Click Send Secure.
    Note:  The Secure Conversation box is pre-selected. To send the message without securing it, click the checkbox to the left of “Secure Conversation”.

  10. A notification appears at the top to confirm the message is sent. The message expiration time shows at the bottom right of the application.
