Send a message with Actsoft Comet Tracker from AT&T

1. Go to login.actsoft.com and enter your Email and Password, then click Sign In.
   Note: If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot your password located at the bottom right corner of the login box.

   
   

2. Actsoft Comet Tracker opens directly to your “Live View” tab. Here you are able to view your map as well as your data grid, which is located at the bottom of the screen.

   
   

3. Hover over the Admin tab, and then click Messaging.

   
   

4. Depending on your account type, you may get a pop up informing you that messaging is not currently enabled on any device
   Note: To enable messaging, edit the appropriate tracking users and select Enable Messaging.

   
   

5. Click the compose icon.

   
   

6. In the “To” field, enter the recipients email address or choose one of your available recipients by clicking To.
   Note: Messages can be sent to either individual users or groups. A group is designated by bold text and a group icon.

   
   

7. In the “Subject” field, enter your message subject.
   Note: Both the “To” and “Subject” fields are required fields and cannot be left blank.

   
   

8. Enter your message in the message text box, and then click Send.

   
   

9. A notification pop up displays, click OK.
