Send a message to a contact or group from the AT&T Business Messenger app for iPhone

  1. Log in to the AT&T Business Messenger app.
  2. Tap the plus sign Plus sign for a new message to compose a new message.

    Tap the plus sign to compose a new message.


  3. Begin typing the name of the contact(s) to which you would like to send the message.

    Begin typing the name of the contact you wish to message.


  4. Options are available to either type the name of another contact of tap Groups to select a group(s) to add in the “To” section of the message.

    Tap Groups if applicable.

  5. Tap the “Subject…” field and enter the subject for the email.
  6. Tap the “Message…” field and enter the desired message.

    Enter info into the subject and message field.


  7. The message is marked as secured by default. Tap the lock icon Lock icon to view or change the option to send the message secured or unsecured.

  8. Slide the dial to the right and left to send the message unsecured or to switch it back to secured.

    Slide the dial to change to secured or unsecured.

  9. Tap Send when you are ready to send the message.

    Tap Send.


  10. The message shows as sent.
