See the scheduled SMS communications for AT&T Global Smart Messaging Suite

Note: The current scheduled SMS communications populate on this page. This is the process for filtering for specific scheduled SMS communications.

  1. From the toolbar at the top of the page, click SMS.
  2. Click See scheduled SMS communications.

    From the toolbar at the top of the page, click SMS and then click See scheduled SMS communications.

  3. Click the drop-down fields to the right of “Status”, “Customer”, and “User” and choose the desired options.

  4. The field to the right of “Name” is optional and has no parameters.
  5. Click the drop-down field to the right of “Date Scope” to choose either “Start Time” or “End Time”.

  6. Click the calendar icon Calendar icon to the right of the “Start Date” and “End Date” fields.

  7. Select the desired date.

  8. Click the drop-down field to the right of “Frequency” to choose the desired frequency of the SMS communication.

  9. If needed, select the time for the fields to the right of “Start Time” and “End Time”.
  10. Click Search.

    Click Search.

  11. The scheduled communications for the chosen filters populate.
