Searching for messages with attachments in the AT&T Message Archiving portal

1. From the AT&T Message Archiving home page, click the toggle to the right of “MORE OPTIONS” to set it to the On position. 

   

2. Click the checkbox to the left of “Has Image/File”.
3. Optional: Choose the date range below “DATE”.
   Note: The date range defaults to Today. 

   

4. The messages display.
