Searching for messages sent to a specific number in the AT&T Message Archiving portal

1. From the AT&T Message Archiving home page, click the toggle to the right of “MORE OPTIONS” to set it to the On position.

   

2. Click the down arrow to the left of “Expand People”. 

   

3. Click the field below “To”. 

   

4. Enter the exact number including the plus sign, then hit enter on the keyboard. 

   

5. The messages display.
