Schedule a Consecutive Speed report with Actsoft Comet Tracker from AT&T

  1. From the home screen, click the Reports tab.

  2. Click the Speed folder.
  3. Click Consecutive Speed.
  4. Below the “View by” field, click the desired user(s) to run the report on.
  5. Click the checkbox to the left of “Use Metric”.
  6. Click the up or down arrow in the “Speed Exceeded:” field, and stop at the desired number.
    Note: The number entered will represent the desired speed in miles per hour.
  7. Click the up or down arrow in the “Speeding Duration” field, and stop at the desired number.
    Note: The number entered will represent the desired time in minutes.
  8. In the “Calculated Date” field, click the dropdown arrow and select the desired option.
  9. Click Schedule Report.

  10. In the field below “Name”, enter the desired report name.
  11. Below “Format”, click the radio button to the left of the desired format.
  12. In the field below “Time”, click the dropdown arrow and select the desired time of day to run the report.
  13. Click the radio button to the left of the desired date frequency.
  14. To the right of “Run every”, click the up or down arrow to select the desired frequency in days.
  15. In the field below “Subject”, enter the desired email subject.
  16. In the field below “Body”, enter the desired content.
  17. In the field below “To”, enter the desired email address(es).
  18. In the field below “CC”, enter the desired email address(es) to receive a carbon copy.
  19. To enable email distribution, click the checkbox to the left of “Enabled”.
  20. Click Save.

  21. The requested report appears under “Scheduled Reports”.
