Run and export a User Activity report with Box from AT&T

1.     From the home screen, click the Admin Console link in the column to the left.

2.     Click the reports icon  at the top of the page.

3.     Click the User Activity link under “Reports”.

4.     Click the field under “Users or Groups (option)” and enter the name of the desired user or group.

5.     Click the fields under “Start Date” and “End Date”, and use the calendar that populates to set the desired date range.

6.     Scroll down to the “Action Types” section of the page.

7.     Click the checkboxes to the left of the desired report attributes to include.

8.     Scroll to the top of the page.

9.     Click the Run button at the top right.

10.   The report displays.

11.   Click the Export button.

12.   A confirmation message displays.

13.   Click the View Reports Folder button to view the report.
