Run an Order History search by user with AT&T Workforce Manager

  1. Click on History in the menu on the left side of the home page.

  2. Click Order history.

  3. Click on the dropdown under “User(s)” and enter select the desired users.

  4. Click the calendar icon Image of the calendar icon. under “From” and select the desired start date.

  5. Click on the dropdown arrow In the field to the right of the start date and select the desired start time.

  6. Click the calendar icon under “To” and select the desired end date.
  7. Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the end date and select the desired end time.
  8. Click on the Find orders button.

  9. The order(s) display.
