Run an Order History search by user with AT&T Workforce Manager

  1. Click on the menu icon Image of the menu icon. at the top right.

  2. Click on History.

  3. Click Order history.

  4. Click on the dropdown under “User(s)”.

  5. Click on the desired user.

  6. Click the calendar icon Image of the calendar icon. under “From”.

  7. Use the controls that populate to select the desired start date.

  8. Click on the dropdown under “From”.

  9. Scroll to and click on the desired start time.

  10. Click the calendar icon under “To” and use the controls that populate to select the desired end date.
  11. Click the dropdown under “To” and then scroll to and select the desired end time.
  12. Click on the Find orders button.
