Run an Order History search by client with AT&T Workforce Manager

  1. Click on the menu icon Image of the menu icon. at the top right.

  2. Click on History.

  3. Click Order history.

  4. Click on the dropdown under “Client(s)”.

  5. Select the desired client(s).

  6. Click the calendar icon Image of the calendar icon. under “From”.

  7. Use the controls that populate to select the desired start date.

  8. Click on the dropdown under “From”.

  9. Scroll to and click on the desired start time.

  10. Scroll down.

  11. Click on the calendar icon  under “To” and use the controls that populate to select the desired end date.
  12. Click on the dropdown under “To” then scroll to and select the desired end time.
  13. Click on the Find orders button.
