Run a Timekeeping summary report for select users with AT&T Workforce Manager

  1. Click on the menu icon Image of the menu icon. at the top right.

  2. Click on Timekeeping.

  3. Click Reports.

  4. Click on the dropdown under “Select Report”.

  5. Click on “Timekeeping Summary”.

  6. Click the desired radio button under “Select date range”.

  7. In the field under “Start”, click the calendar icon Image of the calendar icon..

  8. Use the controls that populate to select the desired start date.

  9. Click on the dropdown under “Start”.

  10. Scroll to and select the desired start time.

  11. Click the calendar icon Image of the calendar icon. under “Finish”, and then use the controls that populate to select the desired end date.
  12. Click the dropdown under “Finish” and select the desired end time.
  13. Click the radio button to the left of “Selected users” under “Select user(s)”.

  14. Click on the dropdown that populates.

  15. Click on the the desired user.

  16. Click the Run report button.

  17. The report populates in a separate window.
    Note: You can export the document by clicking the download icon at the top left and selecting the desired format.
