Run a Timekeeping Summary report for all users with AT&T Workforce Manager

  1. Click on Timekeeping in the menu to the left of the home page.

  2. Click Reports.

  3. Click on the dropdown under “Select Report” and click on “Time Keeping Summary”.

  4. Click the desired radio button under “Select date range”.

  5. In the field under “Start” click the calendar icon Image of the calendar icon. and select the desired start date.

  6. In the dropdown arrow under “Start” and select the desired start time.

  7. Click the calendar icon under “Finish” and select the desired end date.
  8. Click the dropdown arrow under “Finish” and select the desired end time.
  9. Click the radio button to the left of “All users” under “Select user(s)”.
  10. Click the Run report button.

  11. The report populates in a separate window.
  12. To export the document, click the download icon at the top left and select the desired format.
