Run a report in AT&T Fleet Complete

Note: Each report can contain different parameters based on the information in the report.

  1. Click Reports on the left side bar.

  2. Hover over the name of the report and click the “i” icon to view the report description.

  3. Click the report you wish to run.

  4. Select the date range for the requested report.

  5. Click inside the “Assets” field.

  6. Select the asset(s) for the report and click Confirm.

  7. Click inside the field below “Activity time” and select the span of time for the report.

  8. Click inside the field below “Ignore stops less than” and select the number of minutes for the stop.
  9. Repeat this action for the field below “Ignore idling less than”.

    Make appropriate field selections.

  10. Click inside the field below “Region” and “City” and select the region and city for the report.
  11. Click the field below “View” to select the view for the report display.
  12. Once all desired fields are selected, click Generate.

    Make field selections and click Generate.

  13. The asset name(s) chosen in the report displays. Click the arrow to the left of the asset name to expand the report.

  14. The report displays.
