Review a submitted Form in AT&T Workforce Manager

1. Click on the menu icon  at the top right.

   

2. Click on Wireless forms.

   

3. Click My forms.

   

4. The submitted Forms display.
5. Click on the View link to the right of the desired Form.

   

6. Verify the information entered in the Form.
7. Click on the toggle to the left of “Reviewed”.

   

8. The Form is marked as reviewed.
9. Click on the X Icon to close the Form’s details.
