Resetting a forgotten password in the AT&T Message Archiving portal

  1. From the log in page, click Forgot your password

  2. Click in the “Username” box and enter your username.
  3. Click in the “Email address” box and enter your registered email address.
  4. Click Reset password

  5. The password reset message appears on the screen.
  6. Make a note of the PIN code to be entered for the reset.

  7. From the password reset email, click Reset Password

  8. In the “PIN” box, enter the PIN code noted earlier.
  9. In the “Enter new password” box, enter your new password.
    Note: The new password must meet these criteria:
        1. At least eight characters long
        2. At least one uppercase letter
        3. At least one lowercase letter
        4. At least one number
        5. At least one special character (%, $,#,!, etc)
  10. In the “Re-enter new password” box, re-enter your new password.
  11. Click Set new password.
