Reset a user’s password

1. Scroll to Administration in the column on the left.

   

2. Click on Administration.

   

3. Scroll down to Users.

   

4. Click on Users.

   

5. The list of configured users is displayed.
6. Click on the name of the desired user.

   

7. Click on the User tab.
   Note: The User tab may already be selected.
8. Scroll down to the Password section.

   

9. Click on Reset password.

   

10. Click in the field to the right of Password: and enter a new password for your user.
11. Click in the field to the right of Confirm password: and confirm the new password.
12. Scroll up to the top of the page.

    

13. Click Save.
