Administrators can reset the host and participant codes for audio conferences on the AT&T Office@Hand Online Account. Follow the steps below on how to reset the host and participant codes.

Reset Host Code for AT&T Office@Hand Audio Conference

  1. Log in to the AT&T Office@Hand Online Account.
  2. On the Admin Portal, go to Users > User Lists > Users with Extensions.
  3. Select a user to reset host and participant codes.
  4. Click the Phones and Numbers tab > Conference.
  5. Under Host Code, click Reset.
  6. Click the Reset button on the confirmation pop-up message.

Reset Participant Code for AT&T Office@Hand Audio Conference

  1. Log in to the AT&T Office@Hand Online Account.
