Report – Export the driver congregation report

1. Click on Activity in the menu to the left.

   

2. Scroll down to Driver Congregation.

   

3. Click on Driver Congregation.

   

4. The Options menu populates.
5. Click on the desired timeframe under Date Period.
6. Scroll to the right.

   

7. Click on Vehicle or Driver to the right of View by.
8. Click on Yes or No to the right of Include archived (historical) data.
9. Click on the drop down to the right of Vehicles to specify a vehicle.
10. Use the field to the right of Distance from one to another, Minimum overlap time, Maximum number of congregating vehicles, and Exclude stops in zone types to set the desired settings.
11. Scroll down.

    

12. Click the Apply changes button.

    

13. The Congregation overview displays.
14. Click on the Reports drop down.

    

15. Click on the ellipsis icon  to the right of either Standard or Advanced.

    

16. Click on Prepare PDF.
    Note: To download an Excel file, click on Standard or Advanced.

    

17. A notification displays advising that the report is being populated.

    

18. The notification updates when the report is ready.
19. Click on Download now.

    

20. The report downloads and displays.
