Rearranging Order of Forwarding Numbers | AT&T Office@Hand

This article describes how to rearrange the call forwarding numbers on your AT&T Office@Hand online account.

If you’ve set your call forwarding numbers to ring in sequential order, you can rearrange the ringing sequence of these numbers.

Note: If you’ve chosen to answer calls via the AT&T Office@Hand desktop or mobile app, these devices are set to ring first before other forwarding numbers and you can’t rearrange the order.

Rearranging the order of your forwarding numbers

  1. Log in to your AT&T Office@Hand online account. If you logged in using an admin account, click Admin portal > My extension.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Call Forwarding and Voicemail.
  3. To rearrange the order of your forwarding numbers, click and hold the eight-dot icon at the far left of the number. Drag and release it to your desired order.
