Purchasing usage bundles in the AT&T Office@Hand Admin Portal

Admins can purchase usage bundles including toll-free minutes, international calling credits, and SMS.

AT&T Office@Hand sets limits to protect customers from fraudulent activities or over-usage. You may get a message saying you’ve exceeded the maximum allowed in a billing cycle. For security purposes, contact support to request an account limit increase.

To change your existing bundle, read Managing your account usage in the Admin Portal.

To purchase a usage bundle:

  1. Go to the Admin Portal and sign in.
  2. Click the Billing tab, then click Purchase.
  3. Under Purchase, click Usage Bundles then select SMS Bundles.

  4. Click the usage bundle you want to purchase.
  5. Choose the bundle value from the Select Bundle Value dropdown, then click Add to Cart.
    Note: If you purchased the same bundle previously, you can only select a bundle value that’s larger than your current one. To choose a lower bundle, reach out to support.
  6. Click Check Out.
  7. Review the bundle, then click Next.
  8. If you have multiple cost centers, select the Cost Center from the dropdown, then click Assigned to Selected. By default, the cost center will be your company.
  9. Click Next.
  10. Review your order, check the acknowledgment box, then click Next.
  11. You’ll see a confirmation page with your purchase details. Click Print to print a copy of the order or click Done.
  12. Some bundles aren’t available for purchase through the Admin Portal. If you don’t see the bundle you want to purchase, contact support.
